Wholesome Oatmeal
1 cup oats
1/4 c flaxseed meal
1/4 c wheat bran
1/4 c raisin
sweetened with natural bananas, a touch of almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Voila! A hot bowl of high fiber porridge. Enjoy!

What is porridge? Can i use other milk beside almond for this meal?
