High Fiber Foods

Complex Carbohydrates come in many different grains, pastas and breads. Give yourself a chance to explore a variety of high fiber foods. Here is a quick tip:
Wholesome Oatmeal
1 cup oats
1/4 c flaxseed meal
1/4 c wheat bran
1/4 c raisin

sweetened with natural bananas, a touch of almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Voila! A hot bowl of high fiber porridge. Enjoy!
